腋臭衣辅助小切口汗腺切除术治疗腋臭的临床效果及相关因素分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Related Factors of Underarm Odour Garment Assisted with Small Incision Sweat Gland Resection in the Treatment of Underarm Odour

目的:探讨腋臭衣辅助小切口腋下汗腺清除术的临床效果及影响手术效果的相关因素分析。方法:2019年7月-2020年4月期间行腋下近腋后线小切口腋臭手术患者120例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组60例,对照组采用小切口汗腺切除术,实验组在对照组的基础上采用腋臭衣进行辅助治疗。所有患者术后6个月随访,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗效果为96.67%,对照组患者的治疗效果为95.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组并发症发生率为21.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腋臭衣辅助近腋后线小切口腋下汗腺清除术切口小而隐蔽、治疗较为彻底,术后瘢痕小,并发症发生情况降低,患者较为满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of underarm sweat gland removal with small incision assisted by underarm odorous clothing and the related factors affecting the surgical effect.Methods From July 2019 to April 2020,120 cases of patients underwent small incision near the axillary posterior line of axillary bromhidrosis surgery.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with small incision sweat gland resection,and the experimental group was treated with underarm odor clothing on the basis of the control group.The patients were followed up 6 months after surgery to observe the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 95.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 21.67%,the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The operation of underarm sweat gland removal assisted by underarm odorous clothing with small incision near the posterior axillary line is small and concealed,with relatively thorough treatment,the postoperative scar is small,the incidence of complications is reduced,the patients are satisfied,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
