脂肪间充质干细胞在创面愈合中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 皮肤的创面愈合是一个相对复杂的生物学过程,此过程中需密切协调级联反应来恢复和修复损伤部位,包括细胞迁移和增殖、血管生成、细胞外基质沉积和重塑。在愈合过程中,ADSCs起着不可或缺的作用,而经过特殊处理后的ADSCs可大大加快创面愈合过程,特别是对类似于癌性创面、失神经创面、内分泌疾病等引发的难愈性溃疡创面等特殊创面的治疗,ADSCs的应用还有待开发。本文从ADSCs在创面愈合中的作用机制、经过特殊处理的ADSCs在创面尤其是在难愈性创面的应用等方面进行综述。 Wound healing is a relatively complex biological process.A closely coordinated cascade of responses is required to restore and repair damages,including cell migration and proliferation,angiogenesis,and extracellular matrix deposition and remodeling.ADSCs play an indispensable role in the healing process,ADSCs after special handing can greatly accelerate the wound healing process,especially for the treatment of peculiar wounds such as carcinomatous wounds,denervation wound,refractory ulcer wounds caused by endocrine diseases.The application of ADSCs has yet to be exploit.In this paper,the mechanism of action of ADSCs in wound healing and the application of ADSCs after special handing in wound healing,especially in refractory wounds,were reviewed.
