通过界定高职院校专业教师实践教学核心素养,挖掘高职院校专业教师实践教学核心素养培养困境,系统提出了高职院校“一平台、两基地、三机制”的专业教师实践教学核心素养培养体系。

This article defines the core literacy of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges and explores the dilemma of cultivating professional teachers’ practical teaching core literacy in higher vocational colleges, and systematically puts forward the professional teachers’ practical teaching core literacy cultivation system of "one platform, two bases and three mechanisms" in higher vocational colleges.
