镀镍碳纤维水泥基材料的力学与电学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 镀镍碳纤维水泥基材料具有良好的自感知性,可广泛地应用于结构健康监测领域。试验选用净浆试件,表征与测试了不同纤维长径比和纤维取向的试件的抗压、抗折强度以及电阻率和压敏性。结果表明:随着纤维长径比的增大,镀镍碳纤维水泥基材料的力学性能与压敏性能先提高后降低,电阻率逐渐降低;与非定向试件相比,定向纤维试件的抗压、抗折强度以及导电性和压敏性均有所提高;其中,纤维长径比为900的定向镀镍碳纤维水泥净浆的力学及电学性能最佳。 Nickel-plated carbon fiber cement-based material can be widely used in the field of structural health monitoring with good self-sensing properties.In this test,nickel-plated carbon fiber cement paste specimens were used to characterize and test the compressive strength,flexural strength,electrical resistivity,and pressure sensitivity of the paste specimens with different fiber aspect ratio and orientation.The results show that the mechanical properties and pressure-sensitive properties of nickel-plated carbon fiber cement-based materials increase first and then decrease with the increase of fiber aspect ratio,while the resistivity continues to decrease.Compared with non-oriented specimens,the compressive and flexural properties,electrical conductivity and pressure sensitivity of fiber-oriented specimens were improved to varying degrees.Among them,the mechanical and electrical properties of the directional nickel-plated carbon fiber cement paste with fiber aspect ratio of 900 are the best.
