摘要
采用有机聚合物作为胶凝材料等体积替代部分水泥来配制再生骨料植生混凝土,研究了苯丙乳液、丁苯胶乳、水性聚氨酯乳液3种聚合物不同掺量对混凝土抗压强度、内部孔隙p H值发展、透水性能的影响规律,分析了再生骨料植生混凝土的破坏形式、应力-应变关系并提出应力应变方程。研究结果表明:单掺苯丙乳液、丁苯胶乳的再生骨料植生混凝土,28 d抗压强度达6.2~8.5 MPa,孔隙率为30.5%以上,90 d孔溶液p H值降低至7.2~10.1,对再生骨料植生混凝土的物理和力学性能具有一定的积极作用。而水性聚氨酯乳液对孔隙率、透水系数和p H值起到了相反的作用。
Using organic polymer as a cementitious material and equivalent volume to replace part of cement to prepare recycled aggregate planting concrete,the effects of three kinds of polymers including styrene acrylic emulsion,styrene butadiene latex and waterborne polyurethane emulsion on the compressive strength,the development of p H value of internal pore and the permeability energy of concrete were studied,and the failure mode and stress-strain relationship of recycled aggregate planting concrete were analyzed.The strain equation is proposed.The results show that the recycled concrete with single styrene acrylic latex and styrene butadiene latex has 28 d compressive strength of 6.2~8.5 MPa,porosity of more than 30.5%,and p H value of 90 d pore solution reduced to 7.2~10.1,which has a certain effect on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate planting concrete.Waterborne polyurethane emulsion played an opposite role in porosity,permeability coefficient and p H value.
