摘要
研究目的是提高浙东海岛植生型生态混凝土的植生性能,研究方法是通过原材料物理力学试验,利用正交试验方法对集料粒径、水胶比、粉煤灰和矿粉掺量进行配合比优化分析,通过28 d抗压强度、有效孔隙率、透水系数及孔隙内碱度指标对植生性能影响程度分析,得到浙东海岛植生型生态混凝土的最优配合比,然后进行植生性能试验验证及实体工程应用;结果表明:集料粒径在16~19 mm,水胶比在0.30,粉煤灰掺量为15%,矿粉掺量10%时海岛植生型生态混凝土的各项植生性能最优,且实体工程应用效果良好。
The purpose is to improve the planting performance of vegetation-type permeable concretes on East Zhejing Islands.The research methods are to optimize the ratio of aggregate particle size,water-binder ratio,fly ash and mineral powder through physical and mechanical tests of raw materials.Then by analyzing the influence of compressive strength,effective porosity,permeability coefficient and alkalinity index in pores on planting performance in 28 days experiment regime,it manage to obtain the optimal mixture ratio of vegetation ecological concretes on East Zhejiang Islands.Subsequently,the verification of planting performance test and practical engineering applications are performed.The research results show that the optimal planting performance of island-based vegetation-type ecological concretes is when the aggregate size is 16~19 mm,the water-binder ratio is 0.30,the fly ash content is 15%,and the mineral powder content is 10%,and the application effect of solid engineering performs well.
