新型环氧树脂混凝土装配式桁架K型节点影响因素研究

摘要 新型环氧树脂混凝土装配式桁架节点采用新型环氧树脂混凝土材料制作而成,将弦杆、腹杆和节点板通过螺栓组合连接而成。以K型节点为研究对象,介绍了基本假定、材料应力-应变关系等理论分析基础,建立了3种不同螺栓直径、节点板厚的新型环氧树脂混凝土装配式桁架K型节点有限元模型,分析并研究了2种不同的影响因素对新型环氧树脂混凝土装配式桁架K型节点腹杆和弦杆、节点板、钢筋、螺栓应力状态的影响,明确研究结论,优化新型环氧树脂混凝土装配式桁架K型节点的设计,为后续新型环氧树脂混凝土装配式桁架节点研究提供依据。 The new epoxy resin concrete prefabricated truss joint is made of new epoxy resin concrete.The chord rod,the belly rod and the joint plate are connected by bolt combination.It takes the K-type joint as the research object,introduces the basic assumption and the theoretical analysis foundation of the stress-strain relationship of materials,and establishes the finite element model of the K-type joint of the new epoxy resin concrete prefabricated truss with three different bolt diameters,joint plate thickness and bolt distance from the joint plate edge,analyze and study the influence of three different factors on the stress state of K-type joint belly rod and chord rod,joint plate,reinforcement and bolt of the new epoxy resin concrete prefabricated truss,the research conclusion was clarified and the design of K-type joints of new epoxy resin concrete prefabricated truss was optimized.It provides a basis for further research on new epoxy resin concrete fabricated truss joints.
