装配式型钢混凝土螺旋箍筋梁的抗弯性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种新型装配式型钢混凝土螺旋箍筋梁,为研究其抗弯性能,设计了7根配制螺旋箍筋的装配式型钢混凝土梁、1根配制普通分离式箍筋的装配式型钢混凝土梁、1根配制螺旋箍筋的普通型钢混凝土梁和1根钢筋混凝土梁等几种非线性分析模型。研究了含钢率、箍筋的绕制形式和箍筋间距对构件的抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,随着含钢率的增加,构件的承载力提高较大;采用四边绕制的构件相较于采用普通分离式箍筋和其他绕制形式的构件,其抗弯性能有明显提高;当箍筋间距为200 mm时,抗弯承载力提高明显;配制矩形螺旋箍筋的装配式型钢混凝土梁可以节约18%的箍筋用量,可供工程建设参考。 Put forward a new type of prefabricated beam,steel reinforced concrete spiral stirrups to study its bending capacity,design for seven root configuration spiral stirrups prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam,a configuration of ordinary separate stirrup of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete beam,a configuration of spiral stirrups ordinary steel reinforced concrete beam and a reinforced concrete beam,etc.Several nonlinear analysis models.The effects of steel content,stirrup winding form and stirrup spacing on the bending resistance of members are studied.The results show that the bearing capacity increases with the increase of steel content.Compared with the common separated stirrup and other winding components,the bending resistance of the components with four sides is improved obviously.When the stirrup spacing is 200 mm,the flexural capacity increases obviously.Prefabricated SRC beams with rectangular spiral stirrups can save 18%stirrups.It can be used for reference in engineering construction.
