生活垃圾焚烧灰渣代砂混凝土孔隙结构与力学性能关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 城市垃圾焚烧灰渣是经过生活垃圾经高温煅烧得到的硅钙铝氧化物,外观类似天然砂,化学成分类似于水泥熟料,可代替天然砂用作混凝土细骨料。介绍了生活垃圾焚烧灰渣代砂混凝土料孔隙结构与力学性能关系研究。通过试验,测试了5种水胶比、3种代砂率、2种龄期城市生活垃圾焚烧灰渣代砂混凝土的抗压强度及微观孔结构参数,并分析了混凝土孔隙结构对力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,生活垃圾焚烧灰渣细骨料混凝土抗压强度随含气量、气泡弦长和气泡间距系数的增大而减小,气泡比面积的增大而增大。灰渣代砂混凝土抗压其强度随其气泡分形维数变化规律与普通混凝土一致,均与其气泡分布分形维数呈正相关,即抗压其强度均随其气泡分布分形维数的增大而增大。 Municipal solid waste incineration ash is the silica-calcium-aluminium oxide obtained by high temperature calcination of municipal solid waste.It is similar to natural sand in appearance and similar in chemical composition to cement clinker,and can be used as fine aggregate of concrete instead of natural sand.It introduces the relationship between pore structure and mechanical properties of waste incineration ash and sand concrete.Through experiments,the compressive strength and micropore structure parameters of concrete with 5 kinds of water-cement ratio,3 kinds of sand replacement ratio and 2 kinds of aging municipal solid waste incineration ash slag as sand substitute were tested,and the influence law of concrete pore structure on mechanical properties was analyzed.Results show that the household garbage incineration ash fine aggregate concrete compressive strength and the air content,the chord length of the Taylor bubble and bubble spacing factor negatively correlated,the compressive strength with the air content,the chord length of the Taylor bubble and bubble decreases with the increasing of distance coefficient,specific surface area were positively correlated with bubbles,the bubbles than the compressive strength as the area increases coefficient.
