营养规范化诊疗培训对某院医护人员营养知识水平及营养干预行为的影响 被引量:8

Effects of standardized nutrition diagnosis and treatment training on nutrition knowledge level and nutritional intervention behavior of medical staff in a hospital

摘要 目的调查某院医护人员营养知识水平现状,并针对调查结果开展营养规范化诊疗培训,以提高医护人员营养知识认知度及对营养干预支持率。方法于2019年7月起对长江大学附属荆州医院98名医护人员开展为期1周的医院营养规范化诊疗培训,培训前后对不同特征(包括年龄、工作年限、学历、职业、职称、职务)医护人员营养知识掌握情况及住院患者营养支持干预率进行统计。结果培训前后,≥40岁的医护人员营养知识得分均较20~29岁的医护人员高(P<0.05),工作年限≥10年的医护人员营养知识得分均较工作年限为1~4年的医护人员高(P<0.05),本科及以上的医护人员营养知识得分均较中专的医护人员高(P<0.05),医生营养知识得分均较护理人员高(P<0.05),中高级职称的医护人员营养知识得分均较初级的医护人员高(P<0.05),有职务的医护人员营养知识得分均较无职务的医护人员高(P<0.05);培训后,医护人员营养知识得分合格率由51.02%增高至73.47%(χ^(2)=10.508,P<0.05);培训后,住院患者营养支持干预率为53.00%,较培训前(37.98%)高(χ^(2)=190.084,P<0.05)。结论某院医护营养知识水平有所不足,尤其是年龄较小、工作年限短、学历较低、职称为初级、无职务者及护理人员。加强对医护人员的营养知识培训,通过提高其营养知识水平,则有助于提升其对住院患者的营养支持干预率。 Objective To investigate the current situation of nutritional knowledge level of medical staff in our hospital,and carry out nutritional standardized diagnosis and treatment training according to the survey results,so as to improve the awareness of nutritional knowledge and the support rate of nutritional intervention.Methods From July 2019,98 medical staff in Jingzhou Central Hospital received a one-week training on standardized diagnosis and treatment of hospital nutrition.Before and after the training,nutritional knowledge mastery of medical staff with different characteristics(including age,working years,education background,occupation,professional title and position)and nutritional support intervention rate of inpatients were investigated.Results Before and after the training,the score of nutritional knowledge of medical staff aged≥40 was higher than that of medical staff aged 20~29(all P<0.05),the score of nutritional knowledge of medical staff with working years≥10 years was higher than that of medical staff with working years of 1~4 years(all P<0.05),the score of nutrition knowledge of medical staff with bachelor degree or above was higher than that of medical staff with technical secondary school(all P<0.05),the score of doctors’nutritional knowledge was higher than that of nurses(all P<0.05),the score of nutritional knowledge of medical staff with high and intermediate professional titles was higher than that of primary medical staff(all P<0.05),and the score of nutritional knowledge of medical staff with positions was higher than that of medical staff without positions(all P<0.05);after training,the qualified rate of nutrition knowledge score of medical staff increased from 51.02%to 73.47%(χ^(2)=10.508,P<0.05);the nutritional support intervention rate of inpatients after training was 53.00%,which was higher than 37.98%before training(χ^(2)=190.084,P<0.05).Conclusions The level of medical and nursing nutrition knowledge is inadequate,especially those who are 20~29 years old,have worked for 1~4 years,have technical secondary school education,have primary professional title,have no position and nurses.Strengthening the nutrition knowledge training of medical staff can help to improve the nutrition support intervention rate of inpatients by improving their nutrition knowledge level.
