熵权TOPSIS模型在竹叶花椒药材质量综合评价中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:依据熵权TOPSIS法评价竹叶花椒药材质量,为竹叶花椒质量标准提升提供参考。方法:以芳樟醇、桧烯、月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、总黄酮、总酰胺、羟基-α-山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素含量为指标,通过熵权法确定各评价指标的权重,建立熵权TOPSIS模型,利用最优解的欧式贴进度综合评价川产竹叶花椒药材质量。结果:20批竹叶花椒的相对接近度介于0.211~0.652之间,攀西、川中、川东地区药材质量评价中的欧式贴进度均值依次为0.436、0.321、0.455,川中地区竹叶花椒样品相对接近度较低,表示该地区样品质量综合排序较靠后。结论:各产地、产区间竹叶花椒质量存在差异。所建立的竹叶花椒熵权TOPSIS模型客观、可量化,能用于药材质量综合评价。 Objective:Evaluate the quality of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.based on the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method,and to provide reference for the quality standard improvement of Z.armatum DC..Methods:The contents of linalool,hinokene,lauricene,D-limonene,total flavonoids,total amides,hydroxy-α-sanbornin and hydroxy-β-sanbornin were used as indicators.The weights of each evaluation index were determined by the entropy weighting method,and the entropy TOPSIS model was established.The quality of Z.armatum DC was evaluated comprehensively using the optimal solution of Euclidean posting progress.Results:The relative proximity of 20 batches of Z.armatum DC ranged from 0.211 to 0.652.The average of relative proximity in the quality evaluation of Z.armatum DC in Panxi,central and Eastern of Sichuan was 0.436,0.321 and 0.455 respectively,the relative proximity of Z.armatum DC in Central of Sichuan is relatively low,indicating that the comprehensive ranking of sample quality in this area is relatively low.Conclusion:There are differences in the quality of Z.armatum DC from different producing areas and regions.The entropy weight TOPSIS Model of Z.armatum DC is objective and quantifiable,and can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of medicinal materials.
