摘要
“中气不足,溲便为之变”的涵义丰富,自《黄帝内经》之后,后世从不同的角度去理解,指导了较多疾病的治疗。本文从“经文的释义”“经文与男科病的关联性分析”“经文在男科临床中的涵义拓展”以及“现代医家从中气论治男科病举验”等4个方面出发,探究“溲便”与男科病的关系,从而将男性生殖器官功能及精的异常纳入“变”的范畴进行论治。
The meaning of“urine and fecal can be changed by insufficiency of middle Qi”is rich,since Huangdi Neijing,later generations from different angles to understand,guiding the treatment of various diseases.In this paper,based on 4 aspects of“the interpretation of scriptures”“the correlation analysis of scripture and andrological diseases”“the expand of scripture’s meaning in the andrological clinic”and“examples of modern doctors from the middle Qi treatment of andrological diseases”,exploring the relationship between“urine and fecal”and andrological diseases,so as to bring the abnormalities of reproductive organ’s function of the male and sperm into the category of“change”for treatment.
