垂体功能减退症与代谢综合征的相关性研究 被引量:1

Study on correlation between hypopituitarism and metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的评估垂体功能减退症患者代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)及其各组分的患病率。方法收集2009年10月至2020年10月于解放军总医院第一医学中心内分泌科就诊的1850例诊断为垂体功能减退症成年患者的激素水平和代谢指标等相关临床资料,将其按照性别、年龄及不同激素水平进行分组,评估各组患者MS及其各组分患病率的差异。结果垂体功能减退症患者中,MS的患病率为27.7%,其中发生高血压的比例最高。男性垂体功能减退症患者MS的患病率和女性患者之间无显著性差异,但MS各组分存在性别差异。合并MS的垂体功能减退症患者年龄大于不合并MS的患者(P<0.01)。随着年龄的增长,垂体功能减退症患者的空腹血糖、收缩压水平逐渐升高。中枢性肾上腺皮质功能不全患者MS的患病率最高,中枢性甲状腺功能减退患者的MS患病率最低。结论垂体功能减退症患者MS的患病率高于普通人群,其MS及各组分的患病率可能受到性别、年龄及激素水平的影响。 Objective To evaluate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and its components in hypopituitarism patients.Methods The clinical data of hormone levels and metabolic indicators of 1850 patients diagnosed with hypopituitarism who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the First Medical Centre of PLA General Hospital from October 2009 to October 2020 were collected.They were divided into groups according to gender,age and different hormone levels.The prevalence of MS and its components were analyzed in each group.Results The prevalence of MS in hypopituitarism patients was 27.7%,with the highest incidence of hypertension.There was no significant difference in the prevalence of MS between male hypopituitarism patients and female patients,but there were gender differences in its components.The patients with hypopituitarism complicated with MS were older than those without MS(P<0.01).With the increase of age,the fasting blood glucose and systolic blood pressure were gradually increased in hypopituitarism patients.The prevalence of MS was highest in patients with central adrenal insufficiency and lowest in patients with central hypothyroidism.Conclusion The prevalence of MS in hypopituitarism patients is higher than that in the general population,and the prevalence of MS and its components may be affected by gender,age and hormone levels.
