摘要
脂肪组织的细胞成分具有高度异质性。不同细胞以及不同细胞亚类之间生物学特性具有明显差异。单细胞转录组测序是近几年发展起来的在单细胞水平对转录组进行分析的新型技术。该技术在单个细胞的精度提供转录组信息,是细胞成分异质性高的组织器官生物功能探索的重要工具。在脂肪组织研究领域,单细胞转录组测序已经应用于描绘细胞图谱、鉴定关键细胞亚类、追踪细胞分化轨迹等方面。
The adipose tissue is composed of heterogeneous cell types that exhibit distinct properties.The advance of single-cell RNA sequencing has provided a powerful tool for unraveling the complexity of different cell with unprecedented resolution.Single-cell RNA sequencing has shed new light on adipose tissue research including generation of cell atlas,identification of subtypes and reconstruction of cellular differentiation trajectories.
