生长分化因子8调控女性生殖生理活动及生殖疾病相关分子机制的研究进展

摘要 生长分化因子8(GDF-8)又称为肌肉生长抑制素,属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族成员之一,广泛参与人体各种生理功能。GDF-8在女性卵巢、子宫与胎盘中均有表达。近年来,GDF-8在女性生殖系统中的重要性逐渐被揭示出来。在生殖生理方面,GDF-8参与卵泡发育、排卵、卵巢类固醇激素生成、胚胎着床与胎盘发育等一系列过程;在生殖病理方面,GDF-8不仅参与女性生殖疾病发生,如多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、子宫肌瘤等,而且也影响着不孕症患者的妊娠结局。本文将从GDF-8对卵泡发育、排卵、胎盘功能调控以及在生殖疾病调控和辅助生殖技术应用中的作用等方面进行综述,以期为相关疾病的临床诊断和治疗提出新的思路和方法。 Growth differentiation factor-8(GDF-8),also known as myostatin,is a member of the transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β)superfamily.GDF-8 is widely involved in various physiological functions of human body.GDF-8 is expressed in ovary,uterus and placenta.In recent years,increasing evidence has highlighted the importance of GDF-8 in the female reproductive system.In reproductive physiology,GDF-8 regulates many physiological events such as folliculogenesis,ovulation,ovarian steroid hormone production,implantation,and placentation.In terms of reproductive pathology,GDF-8 is associated not only with in the occurrence of female reproductive diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and uterine fibroids,but also with pregnancy outcome of infertile women.This paper reviews the role of GDF-8 in the regulation of folliculogenesis,ovulation and placental function,as well as in the regulation of reproductive diseases and the application for the assisted reproductive technology,in order to put forward new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
