我国与国外牛肉产品中农残限量标准比对研究 被引量:3

Comparative Analysis of Pesticide Residue Limit Standards in Beef Products between China and Abroad

摘要 我国是世界牛肉消费大国,近年来人均消费量保持稳定增长态势,同时,我国也是牛肉进口大国,在全球牛肉贸易中占主要地位。农残限量是影响、评判牛肉品质的重要指标之一,直接关系到牛肉市场消费安全。通过对我国、欧盟、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚现行的农药残留限量法规标准及牛肉产品中最大残留限量标准进行概述,并将我国与上述各国及地区相关限量法规标准进行比对分析,发现我国牛肉产品中最大残留限量标准与国际部分国家相比存在农药种类较少、交叉小、产品覆盖率较低等三方面差距,针对性提出探索制定牛肉中农残一律限量和进口限量、优先加快制定农药中食品大类中残留限量标准和适时制定临时限量标准三个建议,以期为推进我国牛肉中农残限量标准制修订及保障国际贸易安全顺利开展提供参考依据。 China is a big beef consuming country in the world.In recent years,per capita consumption has maintained a steady growth trend.At the same time,China is also a big beef importing country and occupies a major position in the global beef trade.The pesticide residue limit is one of the important indicators that affect and judge the quality of beef,and it is directly related to the safety of beef market consumption.By summarizing the Maximum Residue Limit(MRL)standard regulations of beef products among,China,EU,America,Canada,Australia,and compared and analyzed the MRLs among China and the above-mentioned countries and regions,it could be known that,compared with some international countries,there were fewer types of pesticides,smaller crossovers,and lower product coverage three significant gaps between China and abroad.The paper proposed to explore the establishment of uniform limits and import limits for pesticide residues in beef,and give priority to speeding up the formulation of pesticides.Three recommendations for the residue limit standard in the medium food category and the establishment of a temporary limit standard in a timely manner,with a view to provide a reference for advancing the revision of the limit standards for pesticide residues in beef in my country and ensuring the smooth development of international trade.
