糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症发病机制的研究进展 被引量:5

Research progress on pathological mechanism of glucocorticoid osteoporosis

摘要 糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(glucocorticoid osteoporosis,GIOP)是继发性骨质疏松症(secondary osteoporosis)最常见的表现形式,对患者健康可造成严重不良影响。GIOP的病理机制较复杂,糖皮质激素对成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨细胞的影响各不相同,目前GIOP发病机制尚不完全明确。现就近年来GIOP发病机制研究进展作一综述,以明确GIOP治疗方法,从而能开发新型、有效的治疗手段,对减轻个人及社会的经济负担具有重要意义。 Glucocorticoid osteoporosis(GIOP)is the most common manifestation of secondary osteoporosis,which can cause serious adverse effects of the patients'health.The pathological mechanism of GIOP is complex.The effects of glucocorticoids on osteoblasts,osteoclasts and osteoblasts are different.At present,the understanding of GIOP is not completely clear.This paper reviewed the research progress on the pathogenesis of GIOP in recent years to help clarify the treatment methods of GIOP and develop new and effective treatment methods,which is of great significance to reduce the economic burden of individuals and society.
