第四代评价理论视域下国际托育机构质量评价的价值意蕴、路径选择及启示 被引量:12

Evaluation of the quality of Education in International Childcare Institutions from the Perspective of the Fourth Generation Evaluation Theory:Value Implications,Exploration Experiences and Enlightenments

摘要 加快推动托育机构高质量建设是实现幼有所育内涵的重要保障。第四代评价理论倡导对多元价值的尊重与回应,已成为当前国际社会中影响深远的主流评价理论之一。在第四代评价理论视域下,文章基于托育机构质量评价中应遵循的尊重与回应多元价值诉求、协商与共识的指导原则和方法论、多样性和真实性的评价手段三大价值意蕴的分析,并结合代表性国家在托育机构质量评价建设上的有益经验,最终从协调多元价值主体参与、探索多样化评价范式、促进婴幼儿持续健康发展和创新评价结果利用方式等方面,为我国构建托育机构质量评价体系提供了相应参考。 Accelerating the construction of high-quality connotations of childcare institutions is an important guarantee for promoting the realization of qualified education for children.The fourth generation of evaluation theory advocates respect and response to multiple values and has become one of the most influential mainstream evaluation theories in the current international society.Taking the fourth-generation evaluation theory as the guiding ideology,through the analysis of the three value meanings of respecting and responding to multiple value demands,negotiation and consensus in the quality evaluation of childcare institutions,and methodologies,and the evaluation methods of diversity and authenticity,combined with the international community representative countries in the childcare service quality evaluation of beneficial experience.From the aspects of coordinating the participation of multiple value subjects,exploring diversified evaluation paradigms,promoting the sustainable and healthy development of infants and young children,and innovating the use of evaluation results,the article provides a reference for the construction of the quality evaluation system of childcare institutions in our country.
