托育机构教师核心素养评价指标体系的构建 被引量:8

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Teachers’ Core Literacy in Childcare Institutions

摘要 当前,托育机构教师核心素养及其评价指标体系是亟待研究的重要课题。构建托育机构教师核心素养评价指标体系不仅有利于准确了解教师核心素养的状况,还能为发展教师核心素养和提升师资队伍质量指明方向。本文通过研究相关文献,结合专家意见和小组探讨,拟定了托育机构教师核心素养评价指标初稿,采用Delphi法对相关领域的16名专家进行了两轮意见咨询,并借助AHP对专家的有效评分得出各指标所占权重,最终构建了包含5个一级指标(婴幼儿为本、职业道德、教养结合、沟通与合作、反思与发展)、10个二级指标和30个三级指标在内的托育机构教师核心素养评价指标体系,以期为促进托育机构教师核心素养发展和评价提供理论支撑和实践参考。 In the field of early education,childcare institution teachers core literacy and its index system are an important topic urgently needed to be studied by current researchers.Childcare institution teachers’ core literacy index system is not only conducive to accurately understand the status of teachers’ core literacy,but also can point out the direction for developing teachers’ core literacy and improving quality of teaching staff.Through the research of relevant literature,expert opinions and research group discussion,the first draft of childcare institution teachers’ core literacy evaluation index was formulated.The Delphi Method was used to conduct two rounds of advice consultation for 16 experts in related fields,and the weight of each index was obtained by the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method based on the effective evaluation of experts.Finally,the evaluation index system of core literacy of childcare institution teachers is constructed,including 5 first-level indicators(Infants and Young Children Oriented,Professional Ethics,Combination of Education and Upbringing,Communication & Collaboration,Reflection & Development),10 second-level indicators,and 30 third-level indicators,in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the development and evaluation of core literacy of childcare institution teachers.
