品管圈对腹膜透析患者出口处感染发生率的影响

Effect of quality control circle on the incidence of exit infection in peritoneal dialysis patients

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在降低腹膜透析患者出口处感染发生率中的应用效果。方法广州市花都区人民医院腹膜透析中心成立QCC小组, 确定"降低腹膜透析患者出口处感染发生率"主题, 制定活动计划, 通过头脑风暴, 鱼骨图解析, 查找真因, 拟定对策, 实施对策, 按程序进行持续质量改进。结果实施QCC后腹膜透析患者出口处感染发生率由20.17%降低至6.30%。结论通过QCC各项工作有效降低了腹膜透析患者出口处感染发生率, 提高了透析质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of the quality control circle(QCC)method in reducing the incidence of infection at the exit of patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods A QCC group was established to determine the theme of"reducing the incidence of infection at the exit of patients with peritoneal dialysis",to formulate an activity plan,through brainstorming,fishbone diagram analysis,find the true cause,formulate countermeasures,implement countermeasures,and carry out continuous quality improvement according to procedures.Results The incidence of infection at the exit of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis after QCC was reduced from 20.17%to 6.30%.Conclusions The implementation of various tasks in the QCC has effectively reduced the incidence of infection at the exit of peritoneal dialysis patients and improved the quality of dialysis.
