推广和普及国家通用语言,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求。语言治理是现代化国家治理的新思路,是哲学视野、历史视野、国际视野3个层面的有机统一。语言治理新思路坚持了人民主体的发展思想,丰富和发展了马克思主义国家观和国家治理范式,也为当前世界各国治理思想发展提供了中国实践范例。利用科技进步实现语言治理中的战略飞跃、发展语言产业实施语言治理中的经济提升、构建中国话语体系树立语言治理中的国际形象、建立语言应急机制发挥语言治理中的服务作用,这是牢牢把握习近平总书记在时代背景下提出铸牢中华民族共同体意识的新路径。

Spreading and popularizing the national common language is an inevitable requirement for consolidating the sense of the Chinese nation community.Language governance is a new approach of modern state governance,which is an organic unity of philosophical,historical and international perspectives.The new approach of language governance adheres to the people-oriented development thought,enriches and develops the Marxist state view and state governance paradigm,also provides an example of Chinese practice for the development of governance thoughts in the world.Using scientific and technological progress to achieve strategic leap in language governance,developing the language industry to implement economic promotion in language governance,building China's discourse system to establish an international image in language governance,and establishing a language emergency mechanism to play a service role in language governance are new ways to firmly grasp General Secretary Xi Jinping's idea of building a strong sense of the Chinese nation community in the new era.
