Circumstances and Experience:On the Growth of a College Tutor from a Country Boy

高校辅导员作为开展大学生日常思想政治教育的骨干力量,在高校一线发挥着巨大的作用,为学生排忧解难,体验其中的酸甜苦辣咸,努力为每一位学生的成长与发展服务。本文以自我民族志为叙事方法与研究方法,以自我的成长为主线,围绕个人的成长境遇与体验,重点以接受教育的轨迹、生活经历的轨迹为依循,剖析一个人从小到大如何成为一个高校辅导员,如何继续前行,用“我”的境遇与体验描绘从一个农家娃到一名高校辅导员的成长“自画像”。囿于自身在阅历、认识、知识、眼界等,研究可能还不够深入,观点可能不够成熟,反思依然不深刻,但期望对辅导员自身的成长与发展能有所启发。

College tutors,as the key force of carrying out daily ideological and political education for college students,have played a great role in helping students with their worries and troubles to promote their growth and development.This paper has analyzed the growth of a college tutor from a country boy in the method of self-ethnography,with the self-growth as the main line,centered on one’s growth circumstances and experience and followed the traces of education and life,with a purpose of serving college tutors’growth and development.
