摘要
目的分析TFRs占Tregs的比例与HIV感染疾病进展的关系。方法以2016—2020年于汉中三二〇一医院门诊就诊及随访的94例HIV感染者(包括未治疗者,抗病毒治疗免疫重建成功和免疫重建失败者)及性别、年龄等相匹配的健康对照为研究对象。将CD3^(+)CD4^(+)Foxp3^(+)T细胞定义为调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs),将CD3^(+)CD4^(+)CXCR5^(+)Foxp3^(+)T细胞定义为滤泡调节性T细胞(follicular regulatory T cells,TFRs),分析TFRs占Tregs的比例与HIV RNA及CD4^(+)T细胞计数之间的关系,并对比分析其在免疫重建成功与免疫重建失败HIV感染者之间的差异。结果TFRs/Tregs比值与HIV RNA呈负相关(r=-0.276,P<0.05),与CD4^(+)T细胞计数呈正相关(r=0.579,P<0.05)。结论HIV感染者TFRs占Tregs的比例越高,机体的免疫状态有可能越好。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the proportion of TFRs in Tregs and HIV infection disease progression.Methods Ninety-four HIV infected patients(including untreated HIV infected patients,patients with successful and failed immune reconstitution after antiviral therapy)were admitted and followed up in Hanzhong 3201 Hospital Outpatient Service from 2016 to 2020 and the healthy controls matched well in the gender and age were included in the study.CD3^(+)CD4^(+)Foxp3^(+)T cells were defined as regulatory T cells(Tregs),and CD3^(+)CD4^(+)CXCR5^(+)Foxp3^(+)T cells were defined as follicular regulatory T cells(TFRs).The relationship between the proportion of TFRs in Tregs and HIV RNA and CD4^(+)T cell count was analyzed.The difference between patients with successful and failed immune reconstitution was compared and analyzed.Results TFRs/Tregs ratio was negatively correlated with HIV RNA(r=-0.276,P<0.05)and positively correlated with CD4^(+)T cell count(r=0.579,P<0.05).Conclusions The higher proportion of TFRs in Tregs indicates the better immune status of HIV infected patients.
