通痹汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果

Effects of Tongbi decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的:探讨通痹汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年9月至2021年5月该院收治的84例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用常规西药(盐酸贝那普利片、阿托伐他汀钙片、盐酸曲美他嗪片和硝酸甘油片)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通痹汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分、血液流变学指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血高切黏度(WHBV)及全血低切黏度(WLBV)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的78.57%(33/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医症状积分及FIB、PV、WHBV、WLBV水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通痹汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛患者,能够降低中医症状积分,提高治疗总有效率,以及改善血液流变学指标水平,且安全性较好,效果优于单用西药治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of Tongbi decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:The clinical data of 84 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Benazepril hydrochloride tablets,Atorvastatin calcium tablets,Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets and Nitroglycerin tablets),while the observation group was additionally treated with Tongbi decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical effects,the TCM symptom score,the hemorheology index levels[fibrinogen(FIB),plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood high shear viscosity(WHBV)and whole blood low shear viscosity(WLBV)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than that the control group of 78.57%(33/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM symptom score and the levels of FIB,PV,WHBV,and WLBV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tongbi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can reduce the TCM symptom score,improve the treatment effects,and improve the levels of hemorheology indexes with good safety.Moreover,it is superior to single western medicine treatment.
