补肾调经汤治疗卵巢储备功能下降患者的效果

Effects of Bushen Tiaojing decoction in treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function

目的:观察补肾调经汤治疗卵巢储备功能下降患者的效果。方法:选取86例肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能下降患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各43例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补肾调经汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))和FSH/LH]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为81.40%(35/43),高于对照组的60.47%(26/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FSH/LH、FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为2.33%(1/43),低于对照组的16.28%(7/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上采用补肾调经汤治疗卵巢储备功能下降患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善性激素指标水平,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Bushen Tiaojing decoction in treatment of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function.Methods:86 patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of kidney yin deficiency were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,w 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the sex hormone index levels[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and FSH/LH]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 81.40%(35/43),which was higher than 60.47%(26/43)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.33(1/43),which was lower than 16.28(7/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of FSH/LH,FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the level of E_(2) was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment,Bushen Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of the patients with decreased ovarian reserve function can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of sex hormone indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine.
