中医穴位贴敷在癌痛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of TCM acupoint application in patients with cancer pain

目的:观察中医穴位贴敷在癌性疼痛(癌痛)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取120例癌痛患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组采用规范化癌痛干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医穴位贴敷,比较两组干预前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分和生命质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)]评分。结果:干预后,观察组VAS、SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,生理状况、功能状况、情感状况和家庭/社会状况等FACT-G评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在规范化癌痛干预基础上采用中医穴位贴敷,可降低癌痛患者VAS评分和负性情绪评分,提高生命质量评分,效果优于单纯规范化癌痛干预。

Objective:To observe application effect of TCM acupoint application in patients with cancer pain.Methods:120 patients with cancer pain were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given standardized cancer pain intervention,while the observation group was given TCM acupoint application on the basis of that of the control group.The pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score and the quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the FACT-G scores of physiological status,functional status,emotional status and family/social status were all higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the standardized cancer pain intervention,TCM acupoint application can reduce the VAS score and the negative emotion score,and improve the quality of life score.Moreover,it is superior to single standardized cancer pain intervention.
