聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖/壳聚糖-g-氧化石墨烯复合膜的制备 被引量:2

摘要 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、壳聚糖(CS)和壳聚糖-g-氧化石墨烯(CS-g-GO)为原材料,考察不同共混比下制备的PVA/CS/CS-g-GO纳米纤维膜的各项性能。首先使用扫描电镜检测薄膜的形貌,通过接触角测试检测薄膜亲水性的变化,然后采用单因素实验的方法考察不同条件对薄膜的孔隙率、水蒸气透过率、PM_(2.5)过滤效率的影响。结果表明,当W _(CS-g-GO)∶W_( CS)=100∶1556,接枝率为76.04%时薄膜的各项性能较为优异,对PM_(2.5)的过滤效率达到最大值,为96.3%,与不含接枝物的相比,提高了5.2%。通过GO对CS的接枝改性有效的优化了薄膜的过滤效率。 Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA )/chitosan(CS )/chitosan-g-graphene oxide(CS-g-GO)nanofiber membrane was prepared with different blending ratios by using PVA,CS and CS-g-GO as raw materials.Firstly,the morphology of the film was detected by scanning electron microscopy,and the change in the hydrophilicity of the film was detected by the contact angle test.And then the single factor experiment method was used to investigate the change of porosity,water vapor transmission rate,and PM_(2.5) filtration efficiency of the film under different conditions.The test results of these physical and chemical properties show when W _(CS-g-GO) ∶ W _(CS) =100∶1 556 and the grafting rate is 76.04%,the performance of the film is better,and the filtration efficiency of PM_(2.5) reachs the maximum value of 96.3%,which is 5.2%higher than the films without graft.The graft modification of CS by GO can effectively optimize the properties of the film.
