摘要
随着汽车燃油经济性新标准的实施,复合材料在汽车零部件上的应用也越来越广泛。本论文以某新能源汽车的翼子板为研究对象,采用长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料(PP-LGF30)进行塑料翼子板以塑代钢的三维结构设计,利用Moldflow软件技术对塑料翼子板的注塑成型过程进行模流分析,并优化结构与减少缺陷,最后通过模具设计与制造,试制出一模两件塑料翼子板,与传统钢制翼子板相比,实现减重效果达52%。
With the implementation of new automobile fuel economy standard,composites were widely used in automobile parts.Taking the fender of a new energy vehicle as the research objection,the three-dimensional structure of the plastic fender was designed by using the long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite(PP-LGF30).Moldflow software technology was used to analyze the mold flow during the injection molding process of plastic foils,and optimize the structure and reduce defects.Finally,through mold design and manufacture,two pieces of plastic wing plates were trial-produced.Comparing with the traditional steel wing plates,the weight reduction effect could reach 52%.
