基于计算机仿真的润滑系统性能评估

摘要 针对航空发动机润滑冷却系统传统的实验性能评估手段周期长、效率低的问题,探索基于计算机仿真的润滑系统性能评估方法。以某型航空发动机为研究对象,以润滑系统性能评估中的部件发热与滑油温度作为计算参数,评估此发动机润滑系统性能。通过建立传动系统力学模型,对附件传动系统部件进行力学分析,在此基础上建立腔室发热计算模型。根据润滑系统中滑油流动特性与管网布局,探索润滑冷却系统中滑油温度特性的计算模型。通过开发计算机仿真计算软件,计算该型发动机附件传动系统腔室发热与滑油温度。分析计算结果,根据各个腔室齿轮、轴承的发热量特点,制定并改进相应的润滑冷却方案,根据滑油冷却后温度变化规律,评估该发动机润滑系统的润滑冷却性能,并提供相应的改进建议。 Aiming at the problems of long period and low efficiency of traditional experimental performance evaluation methods for aeroengine lubrication and cooling system,a performance evaluation method of lubrication system based on computer simulation was explored.An aeroengine was taken as the research object,the heating of components and the temperature of lubricating oil in the performance evaluation of lubricating system were taken as the calculation parameters to evaluate the performance of the lubricating system of the engine.By establishing the mechanical model of the transmission system,the mechanical analysis of the accessory transmission system parts was carried out,and on the basis,the calculation model of chamber heating was established.According to the flow characteristics of lubricating oil in the lubrication system and the layout of pipe network,the calculation model of lubricating oil temperature characteristics in the lubrication cooling system was explored.By developing the computer simulation software,the chamber heating and oil temperature of the engine accessory transmission system were calculated.Based on the analysis of the calculation results,the corresponding lubrication and cooling scheme was developed and improved according to the calorific characteristics of the gears and bearings in each chamber.The lubrication and cooling performance of the engine lubrication system was evaluated according to the temperature variation law of lubricating oil after cooling,and corresponding improvement suggestions were provided.
