摘要
大型船舶动力装置故障数据的获取,对于建立其故障诊断系统具有重要意义,通过试验等方式人为制造故障获取故障数据,不仅周期长,而且费用高昂。采用试验结合仿真手段,以某大型低速二冲程柴油机为研究对象,在GT-Power软件中建立其整机工作过程一维模拟模型,通过采集到的台架试验数据对模型在50%、75%、100%负荷工况下进行校核,验证了模型的准确性。通过对正常工作状态下柴油机模型的相关参数进行修改,模拟了柴油机空气滤清器脏堵、扫气口脏堵、缸套冷却水腔气堵、压气机故障、单缸喷油器阻塞5个典型故障及故障的不同状态,得出不同故障及同一故障不同程度下柴油机缸内压力变化和排气温度变化规律,为大型船用动力装置的故障诊断及排除提供参考依据。
The acquisition of fault data for large-scale ship power plants is of great significance to the establishment of its fault diagnosis system.The acquisition of fault data by artificially creating faults through experiments and other methods is not only a long cycle,but also expensive.The experiments combined with simulation methods article were used.Taking a large low-speed two-stroke diesel engine as the research object,a one-dimensional simulation model of the whole machine's working process was established in GT-Power software,and the model was tested under 50%,75%and 100%load conditions through the collected bench test data.Check it under to verify the accuracy of the model.By modifying the relevant parameters of the diesel engine model under normal working conditions,simulating five typical faults and different fault states of diesel engine air filter clogging,scavenging port dirty clogging,cylinder liner cooling water cavity air clogging,compressor failure,single-cylinder injector clogging.The law of pressure changes in cylinders and exhaust temperature changes of diesel engines under different faults and different degrees of the same fault were obtained.It provides a reference basis for the fault diagnosis and elimination of large-scale marine power plants.
