一种在中央供料系统中的输送与检测装置研制

摘要 中央供料系统如果不能实时监控原料的使用情况,将会导致花费更高的人工成本;中央供料系统如果不能监控输送机的生产,则不能掌握设备的生产信息,不能有效地安排工厂生产排程。为解决上述问题,提出开发一种自动化程度高的新型输送与检测装置,新型输送与检测装置包括:具备RS485通讯功能的新型输送机与原料消耗检测器,中央供料系统通过新型输送与检测装置来采集工厂的生产信息,利用这些生产信息来实时掌握设备生产状态,合理地安排生产,提高工厂的自动化程度。结果表明:此输送与检测装置的开发能实时监控工厂的生产状况,减少传统的人工换料时间,合理安排生产,降低人工成本。 A central feeding system that cannot monitor the use of raw materials in real time will result in higher labor costs.If the central feeding system cannot monitor the production of the conveyor,it cannot grasp the production information of the equipment and can not effectively arrange the production schedule of the factory.To solve the above problems,a new conveying and testing device with high degree of automation was proposed.The new conveying and testing device includes:With RS485 communication function of the new conveyor and raw material consumption detector,the central feeding system through the new transmission and detection device to collect the production information of the factory,the central feeding system to use the production information to real-time grasp the equipment production status,reasonable arrangement of production,improve the degree of automation of the factory.The results show that the development of this conveying and detecting device can monitor the production condition of the factory in real time,reduce the traditional manual refueling time,arrange the production reasonably and reduce the labor cost.
