基于AcuSolve的空调用截止阀流通性能的仿真与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对空调用多种型号截止阀,建立了对应各型号截止阀的流体仿真模型,采用Altair公司流体仿真分析软件AcuSolve对4种型号截止阀进行流通性能仿真计算,4种规格截止阀流量系数仿真结果与试验数值的最大误差为3.47%,最小的误差仅为1.78%,全部低于工程常用5%误差以下的考察标准,证明仿真分析的准确合理性。研究结果对空调用截止阀的流通能力设计和验证提供参考。 A fluid simulation model was established for various types of globe valves used in air conditioning.The flow performance of the four types of globe valves was simulated by the fluid simulation analysis software.The maximum error between the flow coefficient simulation results of the four specifications of globe valves and the experimental values was 3.47%.The minimum error was only 1.78%,which was all lower than the inspection standard of 5%error commonly used in engineering,which proved the accuracy and rationality of simulation analysis.The research results provide reference for the design and verification of the flow capacity of the globe valve for air conditioning.
