摘要
为了解决当前矿用直流稳压电源电气性能测试时需要的装置分散繁杂,测试计算过程繁琐的问题,设计了一种基于STM32F407VET6单片机的集成化矿用直流稳压电源性能测试装置。先分析了当前矿用直流稳压电源电气性能试验需要用到的设备及测试步骤,发现当前测试AC电源,负载都是分立,负载值需要手动调整,测试结果需要手动计算,通过设备整合及单片机的应用能简化设备及流程。测试装置主要由交流电源输出、直流电源输入、模拟负载、运行控制等单元组成。可实现AC0~1254 V井下交流电压输出及对被测直流稳压电源输出电压稳态误差、输入电压调整率、负载调整率、过流保护值和短路电流值进行测试,测试数据能自动处理计算并将显示结果在工控机显示屏上。该装置的使用可以大大提高矿用直流稳压电源电气性能测试的效率,并减少测试所有设备数量。
In order to improve the electrical performance test method of mine DC stabilized power supply,a mine DC stabilized power supply performance test device based on STM32F407VET6 single chip microcomputer was designed.The equipment and test steps required for the electrical performance test of mining DC regulated power supply were analyzed.It was found that the current test AC power supply and,the load were discrete,the load value needed to be adjusted manually,and the test results needed to be calculated manually.Through the equipment integration and the application of single chip microcomputer,the equipment and process could be simplified.The test device was mainly composed of AC power output,DC power input,analog load,operation control and other units.It could realize AC0~1254 V underground AC voltage output and test the output voltage steady-state error,input voltage adjustment rate,load adjustment rate,overcurrent protection value and short-circuit current value of the tested DC regulated power supply.The test data could be processed and calculated automatically and the display results could be displayed on the industrial computer display screen.The use of the device can greatly improve the efficiency of electrical performance test of mining DC regulated power supply and reduce the number of test equipment.
