摘要 福厦高速铁路湄洲湾跨海大桥处自然条件复杂,且预制梁场所处位置布局受限,存在发梁难度大、提梁高度高等问题。针对此特殊工况及施工难点,选用了千吨级运架成套设备作为40 m预制箱梁搬提运架的施工装备。千吨级运架成套设备具有重载转弯、自动变跨、双机联动、自动纠偏、自动对中驾驶、自动同步控制等多项核心技术,满足发梁、提梁、套梁及运架梁等不同工况施工作业要求。该成套设备在工程应用过程中,运行状况良好、设备故障率低、施工工效高、稳定性强、安全性能好,为应用单位节约了使用及维修成本,提高了经济效益,建造的精品工程也为相关单位提升了社会影响力。千吨级运架成套设备在工程项目的成功应用,为今后类似工程建造提供了借鉴与参考。 The natural conditions of Meizhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge of Fuzhou-Xiamen High-speed Railway are complex,and the location of the precast beams are limited,so there are problems such as the difficulty of generating beams and the high height of the girders.In view of the special working conditions and construction difficulties,the complete set of 1000 t transporting frame equipment was selected as the construction equipment of 40 m precast box girder.The complete set of thousand-ton transporting frame equipment has a number of core technologies such as heavy load turning,automatic span changing,double-machine linkage,automatic deviation correction,automatic centering driving,automatic synchronous control,etc.,which can meet the construction requirements of different working conditions such as beam sending,girder handling,girder sleeve and transporting and erection beam.In the process of engineering application,the complete set of equipment had good operation condition,low equipment failure rate,high construction efficiency,strong stability and good safety performance,which saved the use and maintenance cost for the application unit and improved the economic benefit.The high-quality project also improved the social influence for the relevant units.The successful application of the complete set of 1000 t rack transportation equipment in the engineering project provides a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
