摘要 微型步进马达定子组与FPC焊锡作业基本靠手动作业,效率低下,同时因工人离职率较高导致新手作业情况多,从而造成产品品质不稳定的问题多发。为此专门研究设计了微型步进马达定子组与FPC焊锡设备专用夹具机构,通过结合现阶段的先进工业技术,采用精密气缸驱动多机构联动的方式进行马达定子组与FPC焊锡夹紧,并与三菱PLC及威纶人机界面触摸屏的控制技术相结合,促使微型步进马达定子组与FPC焊锡夹具机构能高效完成部件装夹。基于微型步进马达定子组与FPC焊锡夹具组装设备的研究,通过自动夹具组装提升了生产线的生产效率,减少了企业人工投入成本,降低了工人的作业疲劳强度,提高了设备的自动化效率。 In view of the low efficiency of manual operation in the market of micro stepping motor stator group and FPC soldering,and the high turnover rate of modern workers leads to more novice operations,resulting in the instability of product quality,a special fixture mechanism for micro stepping motor stator group and FPC soldering equipment was specially designed.By combining the advanced industrial technology at this stage,the motor stator group and FPC solder clamping were carried out in the way of precision cylinder driven multi mechanism linkage,and the control technology of Mitsubishi PLC and Winon human-machine interface touch screen was combined to promote the use of micro stepping motor stator group and FPC solder clamping mechanism to complete the parts clamping efficiently.By focusing on the research of micro stepping motor stator group and FPC solder fixture assembly equipment,through automatic fixture assembly,the production efficiency of the production line is improved,the labor input cost of the enterprise is reduced,the fatigue strength of workers is reduced,and the automation efficiency of the equipment is improved.
