摘要
后疫情时代的来临,高校毕业生规模不断增加的社会环境使大学生就业问题备受关注。立足需求侧对大学生就业能力要素进行分析,对处于供给侧的高校进行学生就业能力培养具有重要意义。研究对53名人力资源从业者进行访问,运用扎根理论将原始访谈资料进行三级编码,研究显示在需求侧视域下大学生专业能力、适应性技能、行为特质及心理资本是市场最需要的就业能力。因此,高校在进行人才培养的过程中要注重大学生专业能力的提升、重视大学生适应性技能的培养、关注大学生行为特质及心理资本,以期增强学生求职硬实力、提升学生就业软实力、培养学生发展潜力。
With the advent of the post-epidemic era,the social environment of the increasing scale of college graduates has attracted much attention to the employment of college students.Based on the demand side,the analysis of the factors of college students'employability is of great significance to the cultivation of college students'employability on the supply side.Based on interviews with 53 human resource practitioners and three-level coding with grounded theory,the study shows that from the demand-side perspective,college students'professional competence,adaptive skills,behavioral traits and psychological capital are the employability most needed by the market.Therefore,in the process of talent training,colleges and universities should pay attention to the improvement of college students'professional ability,the cultivation of college students'adaptive skills,the characteristics of college students'behavior and psychological capital,in order to enhance the hard power of college students'employment,improve the soft power of college students'employment,and cultivate their development potential.
