中药封包联合5E康复护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Package Combined with 5E Rehabilitation Nursing Mode on Quality of Life of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察中药封包联合5E康复护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取82例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按入院顺序分为对照组及观察组各41例。2组均给予药物、牵引等保守治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药封包联合5E康复护理模式,2组均持续治疗2个月。比较2组治疗前后日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分变化。结果:治疗后,2组JOA评分均较治疗前上升,ODI评分均较治疗前下降;治疗后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降,观察组VAS评分低于照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组WHOQOL-BREF中心理、生理、环境、社会关系项目评分均较治疗前上升;治疗后,观察组WHOQOL-BREF上述各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合5E康复护理模式治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine package combined with 5 E rehabilitation nursing mode on quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission, with41 cases in each group. Both groups were given conservative treatment including medicine and traction;the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine package combined with 5 E rehabilitation nursing mode based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for two months. The changes in the scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,JOA scores in the two groups were increased when compared with before treatment,and ODI scores were decreased. After treatment,JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and ODI score was lower, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of items including psychology,physiology,environment and social relationship in WHOQOL-BREF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment;the above scores in WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Chinese medicine package combined with 5 E rehabilitation nursing mode for lumbar disc herniation can relieve the pain of patients,and improve lumbar function and quality of life.
