就业育人是落实高校立德树人根本任务的重要一环。培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人必须提升就业育人实效,同时深化教育改革创新、推进学校高质量发展也必须强化就业育人环节。就业育人不仅帮助广大大学生就业择业、解决生计,更重要的是为广大青年大学生树立正确的就业价值导向,规划人生航向,标记事业方向。这需要将就业育人元素融入大学生培养的全过程、全方位,坚持德育为先,德育、智育、体育、美育、劳动教育五育并举、全面发展的原则。面对数量逐年递增的高校毕业生就业群体,需要紧贴一线、紧扣育人要素、优化育人方法、创新育人方式、依靠各级组织,推动学生就业工作持续健康发展。

Employment education is an important part of implementing the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people in Colleges and universities.To cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,we must improve the effectiveness of employment and education.At the same time,we must also strengthen the links of employment and education to deepen educational reform and innovation and promote the high-quality development of schools.Employment education not only helps college students choose jobs and solve their livelihood,but also establishes a correct employment value orientation for young college students,plans their life course and marks their career direction.This needs to integrate the elements of employment and education into the whole process and all-round development of college students,and adhere to the principle of moral education first,simultaneous development of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education.Facing the employment group of college graduates with an increasing number year by year,we need to stick to the front line,closely focus on the elements of education,optimize education methods,innovate education methods,and rely on organizations at all levels to promote the sustainable and healthy development of student employment.
