摘要
以简·奈特的高等教育国际化动因理论为基础,以高等教育最直接的利益相关者之一大学专任教师为分析主体,运用随机抽样、问卷调查和统计学工具,分析了这一群体开展高等教育国际化的动因及其影响因素。研究发现大学专任教师的某些样本特征对动因产生着不同的影响;总体的负面影响远远小于总体的正面影响;部分因素之间的一致性吻合反映了当前院校层面的高等教育国际化处于良性发展的状态。提出应在院系内部就大学专任教师对国际化达成相对统一的认识;应鼓励大学专任教师从更多元化的视角推动院校国际化发展;应特别关注大学专任教师从院系国际化发展中所获取的好处;应激发大学专任教师开展国际化的驱动力并做出适应性调整等建议。
Based on Jane Knight’s theory on the rationale of internationalization of higher education,this paper analyzes the rationale and influencing factors of the internationalization of higher education from the perspective of full-time faculties,one of the most direct stakeholders of higher education,by using random sampling,questionnaires and statistical tools.This paper finds that some sample characteristics of full-time faculties have different effects on rationale;the overall negative impact is much smaller than the overall positive impact;the consistency of some factors reflects the positive development of internationalization of higher education.This paper puts forward that there should be a relatively unified understanding of internationalization among fulltime faculties within the department;full-time faculties should be encouraged to promote the internationalization of universities from a more diversified perspective;special attention should be paid to the benefits gained by full-time faculties from the development of internationalization of universities;and it is necessary to stimulate the driving force of internationalization of full-time faculties and make adaptive adjustment,etc.
