在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果中推进乡村振兴水利保障工作

Promote water security for rural revitalization in consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation

结合水利贯彻落实乡村振兴战略工作部署,分析了巩固拓展水利扶贫成果同乡村振兴水利保障有效衔接的重要意义,并以江西省峡江水利枢纽“抬田”工程为例,挖掘了水利推进乡村振兴的做法和成效。围绕新形势新要求新任务,提出“十四五”时期要从巩固拓展脱贫地区水利基础设施建设成果、提升脱贫地区水利管理服务能力、做好重点领域巩固拓展水利扶贫成果工作等方面,推进巩固拓展水利扶贫成果,做好乡村振兴水利保障工作。

With consideration to working arrangement for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the paper describes the significance of effective integration of consolidating positive results of poverty alleviation with rural revitalization by water-related safeguarding measures.Practices and effects of rural revitalization are introduced with the case of“upgrading farmlands”in Xiajiang Multi-purpose Water Project of Jiangxi Province.During the 14 th FiveYear Plan period,considerations should be given to the new situations,requirements and tasks,to further up achievements of poverty alleviation with water safeguarding measures,in the respects of improving capability of water management and service in poverty alleviation areas,to promote the consolidation and expansion of the results of poverty alleviation,and do a good job of water security for rural revitalization.
