从“玄府”辨治肝纤维化的理论探析

Theoretical Analysis of Treating Liver Fibrosis from‘Xuanfu’

刘完素首创玄府学说,提出“玄府郁闭为百病之根”,玄府广泛存在于机体内外表里,同样也存在于肝脏中,即肝玄府。文章阐释了肝玄府的性能,提出了玄府郁闭是肝纤维化发生的基本病机,开通玄府是肝纤维化的基本治则,从玄府辨治肝纤维化,以期为临床提供理论依据和新的思路。

LIU Wansu initiated the theory of Xuanfu,and proposed that‘closure of Xuanfu is the root of all diseases’.Xuanfu is widely found in the exterior and the interior of the body,as well as in Liver,that is,Liver Xuanfu.This study explained the function of Liver Xuanfu,and it puts forward that closure of Liver Xuanfu is the basic pathogenesis of Liver fibrosis,and unblocking Liver Xuanfu is the basic treatment principle of Liver fibrosis,so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical treatments.
