摘要
目的:探索烈香杜鹃和龙胆花提取液的可雾化浓度及其急性毒理作用。方法:从药物提取液原液开始,逐步递减浓度,探索烈香杜鹃和龙胆花提取液的最大可雾化浓度;用已知的最大药物雾化浓度多次雾化吸入,明确最大浓度和剂量的烈香杜鹃和龙胆花提取液是否产生明显毒副作用;比较不同雾化浓度对小鼠的影响。结果:80%的烈香杜鹃原液和60%的龙胆花原液雾化顺畅;急性毒理实验未检测出烈香杜鹃和龙胆花提取液雾化吸入的最大有毒剂量。结论:烈香杜鹃和龙胆花提取液的最大可雾化浓度分别为80%和50%;雾化吸入龙胆花及烈香杜鹃提取液对小鼠无明显不良影响。
Objective:To explore the aerosolized concentration and acute toxicological effects of Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.and Gentiana algida Pall..Methods:Starting from the original drug extract,gradually decreasing the concentration to explore the maximum aerosolized concentration of the extracts of Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.and Gentiana algida Pall.;using the known maximum aerosolized concentration for multiple aerosol inhalations to determine whether the maximum concentration and doses of Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.and Gentiana algida Pall.could produce obvious toxic and side effects;comparing the effect of different aerosolized concentrations on mice.Results:Eighty percent of original Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.extract and sixty percent of original Gentiana algida Pall.extract could be atomized smoothly.Acute toxicology experiments failed to detect the maximum toxic doses of Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.and Gentiana algida Pall.extracts inhaled by atomization.Conclusion:The maximum aerosolized concentration of the extracts of Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.and Gentiana algida Pall.were 80% and 50%,respectively.Aerosol inhalation of the extracts of Rhododendron anthopogonoides Maxim.and Gentiana algida Pall.had no obviously adverse effects on mice.
