参附注射液治疗脓毒症心肌损伤的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Shenfu Injection in Treating Septic Myocardial Injury

目的:探讨参附注射液治疗脓毒症心肌损伤的效果。方法:选取佛山市中医院EICU和ICU诊断为脓毒症心肌损伤的患者49例,分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组30例,对照组19例,对照组脓毒症集束化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参附注射液,观察两组患者的炎症指标、心肌损伤标志物和生存情况,运用统计学方法进行分析。结果:入组患者的APACHEⅡ评分和SOFA评分均较高,病情较重,且感染部位以肺部为主,内科发生脓毒症心肌损伤的人数较其他科室多。观察组的NT-proBNP水平在治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。短期运用参附注射液对于脓毒症合并心肌损伤的患者存在一定的益处,但对于患者的生存率无明显影响。结论:早期运用参附注射液可以改善脓毒症心肌损伤患者的心脏功能,但无法改善患者的生存率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of septic myocardial injury.Methods:The patients diagnosed with septic myocardial injury in EICU and ICU of Foshan Hospital of TCM were included and divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=19).The control group was treated with sepsis bundle;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Shenfu Injection.Inflammatory indicators,myocardial injury markers and survival rate were observed in the two groups,and relevant statistical methods were used for analysis.Results:APACHEⅡ score and SOFA score of the enrolled patients were high,the condition was more serious,and the main infection site was in the lung.The number of septic myocardial injuries in the internal medicine department was more than that in the other departments.There was difference in the NT-proBNP level between before and after the treatment in the observation group.Short-term application of Shenfu Injection has certain benefits for patients with sepsis and myocardial injury,but it has no significant effect on the survival rate of the patients.Conclusion:Early application of Shenfu Injection can improve the cardiac function of the patients with septic myocardial injury,but it cannot improve the survival rate of the patients.
