摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种慢性进行性中枢神经系统退行性疾病,是老年期痴呆的最常见类型。由于缺乏特异性治疗方法,早期诊断对于延缓甚至逆转AD十分重要,然而目前仍缺乏理想的AD早期生物标志物。视网膜与中枢神经系统在胚胎起源、解剖、生理上均存在密切关联,对AD的早期检测具有潜在应用价值。文中综述了非侵入性视网膜检测技术在AD临床应用的研究进展。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD), a degenerative disease of the central nervous system, is the most common form of dementia in old age. Due to the lack of specific treatment methods, early diagnosis is important for delaying or even reversing AD. However, there is still a lack of ideal early biomarkers.The retina is part of the central nervous system, which shares common embryonic original, anatomical and physiological characteristics with the brain and has potential value for early detection of AD. The clinical research progress of AD non-invasive retinal detection technology was reviewed.
