摘要
迷走神经刺激(VNS)在癫痫和抑郁症患者中的治疗作用已经得到证实。研究发现VNS在其他神经系统疾病也具有潜在治疗作用,如头痛、帕金森病,甚至缺血性脑卒中。现就迷走神经刺激在神经系统疾病中的应用及可能作用机制展开综述。
The therapeutic effect of vagus nerve stimulation(VNS) has been confirmed in patients with epilepsy and depression. It has been found that VNS has the potential effect in other neurological disorders such as headache, Parkinson’s disease and even ischemic stroke. The therapeutic effect of VNS in neurological diseases and the possible mechanism were reviewed.
