融媒体时代医院网络舆情现状分析及对策

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure of Network Public Opinions of Hospitals in Era of Convergence Media

随着融媒体时代的到来,多元化信息在短时间内就可能出现裂变式传播,使得网络舆情的监测、引导、预警和管理策略备受关注。在民生领域的卫生健康行业,网络舆情事件给医疗行业带来的困扰越来越大。基于医院网络舆情特点,结合医院近年舆情内容等实际情况,及自媒体管理难度大、网络舆情预警监控能力有限等现状,从建立融媒体下的应急预案、提高科室管理水平、提升医疗服务质量等六方面探索医院网络舆情管理模式,以期减少、避免网络舆情事件带来的负面影响,构建和谐医患关系。

With the coming of era of convergence media,diversified information may be transmitted substantially within a short term,making the monitoring,guidance,pre-warning and management strategy of network public opinions draw extensive attention.And in health industry in the field of people’s livelihood,network public opinion events have brought more and more troubles to the medical industry.Based on the characteristics of hospital network public opinion,the actual situation of hospital public opinion content in recent years,as well as of much difficulty in self-media management and limited network public opinion early warning and monitoring ability,this paper explores the hospital network public opinion management mode from six aspects including establishing emergency plan under media integration,improving department management level and improving medical service quality,etc,in order to reduce and avoid the negative impact of network public opinion events and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
