乡村振兴战略下闽南村落非物质文化遗产保护研究——以厦门市翔安区金柄村为例

Research on Protection and Governance of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Minnan Villages under the Rural Revitalization Strategy:A Case Study of Jinbing Village,Xiang‘an District,Xiamen City

非物质文化遗产是农村优秀传统文化的重要构成部分,保护村落非物质文化遗产有利于促进乡村振兴。因此,保护村落非物质文化遗产至关重要。以闽南地区厦门市翔安区金柄村为例,根据实地调研情况,分析其非物质文化遗产保护现状,指明金柄村非物质文化遗产保护存在基层保护机构、地方性管理办法缺乏;保护投入不足,宣传渠道单一;非物质文化遗产资源挖掘力度不够,利用不充分;文化传承,后续无人;民众参与保护意识不高,文化自觉性低;民间组织参与保护不显著等问题。确定多元主体共同保护为主要内容的村落非物质文化遗产保护重点任务。加强政府主导作用;发挥市场配置,深度挖掘非物质文化遗产内涵,促进三产融合;引导村民参与保护非遗;提升民间组织能力,发挥专业指导及宣传作用等有利于促进非物质文化遗产保护,助力乡村振兴。

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of excellent traditional culture in rural areas.Protecting intangible cultural heritage in villages is conducive to promoting rural revitalization.Therefore,it is very important to protect the intangible cultural heritage of villages.Taking Jinbing Village,Xiang‘an District,Xiamen City,Southern Fujian as an example,based on the field research,this paper analyzes the status quo of intangible cultural heritage protection and points out that it is lack of grassroots protection institutions and local management methods in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Jinbing Village;Inadequate investment in protection and single propaganda channel;Not enough of exploitation of intangible cultural heritage resources;No posterity culture inheritance;Low awareness of public participation,low cultural consciousness;Insignificant participation of non-governmental organizations.This paper determines the key tasks of village intangible cultural heritage protection with the joint protection of multiple subjects as the main content.Strengthening the leading role of government;Giving full play to market allocation,deeply exploring the connotation of intangible cultural heritage,promoting the integration of the three industries;Guiding villagers to participate in the protection of intangible cultural heritage;Enhancing the capacity of non-governmental organizations and giving full play to their professional guidance and advocacy roles will help promote intangible cultural heritage protection and rural revitalization.
