Research progress of ustekinumab in treatment of Crohn’s disease

摘要 克罗恩病(CD)是一种反复发作的慢性特发性炎症性肠病(IBD),研究发现IL-12和IL-23在CD的发展中起着重要作用。乌司奴单抗(UST)是一种拮抗剂,可靶向IL-12与IL-23相同的p40亚基,UST特殊的靶向机制使其在CD的治疗中起着独特作用。该文就UST在CD治疗中的作用机制及临床疗效作一综述。
