茶树新品系杭茶14号选育报告

Breeding Report of A New Tea Cultivar ’Hangcha 1144’

杭茶14号是从红云和平云10号人工杂交后代中,经单株选择—系统选种育成的茶树新品系。品系比较试验结果表明,杭茶14号为早生种,春季萌发期与福鼎大白茶相当;春季一芽一叶鲜叶2年平均产量472.5 kg/hm^(2),较福鼎大白茶低33.5%;茶多酚含量高于福鼎大白茶;抗寒性和抗旱性弱于对照福鼎大白茶;制绿茶品质与福鼎大白茶相当,制工夫红茶品质优于福鼎大白茶;其香气品质突出,制绿茶花香显,制红茶果香显。

‘Hangcha 14’ is a new floral tea cultivar bred by artificial crossing of ‘Hongyun’ and ‘Pingyun 10’. Strain comparison test results show that ‘Hangcha 14’ is an early-sprouting cultivar, and its sprouting time in spring is similar to that of ‘Fuding Dabaicha’. The average yield of fresh tea leaves(one leaf and a bud) in spring was 472.5 kg/hm^(2), which was 33.5% lower than that of the control. The content of tea polyphenols in ‘Hangcha 14’was higher, while cold and drought tolerance were weaker than ‘Fuding Dabaicha’. The Green tea quality of ‘Hangcha 14’ was similar to that of ‘Fuding Dabaicha’, and black tea quality was better. Its aroma quality was especially outstanding. The green tea made from ‘Hangcha 14’ had a floral fragrance, and the black tea had a fruity fragrance.
