摘要 针对旋转机械中转子不平衡-不对中耦合振动问题,提出了基于离散PD算法并采用电磁力抑制转子耦合振动的控制策略。建立转子-轴承-AMA系统模型,引入转子不平衡和联轴器平行不对中故障力,对离散PD控制策略控制效果仿真分析。搭建试验台,从频域角度对不同频率成分进行选择性控制,针对不平衡-不对中耦合故障以及振动信号中的噪声成分,以振动信号的一二倍频成分为靶向抑制目标,采用可根据转速实时调整陷波频率的陷波滤波器提取测点振动信号的一二倍频成分。仿真分析及试验均说明离散PD控制算法能有效抑制转子不平衡和不对中耦合故障引起的多频振动。 Aimed at the problem of rotor unbalance-parallel misalignment coupling vibration in rotating machinery,a control strategy is proposed based on discrete PD algorithm to suppress rotor coupling vibration by electromagnetic force.The rotor-bearing-AMA system model is established,the rotor imbalance and coupling parallel misalignment fault force are introduced,and the control effect of discrete PD control strategy is simulated and analyzed.A test rig is built,the different frequency components are selectively controlled from the perspective of frequency domain,aiming at unbalance-misalignment coupling fault and the noise component in vibration signal,taking the frequency doubling component of vibration signal as targeting suppression target,and an adaptive notch filter which can self adjust the notch frequency according to real-time rotational speed is used to extract the frequency doubling component of vibration signal at measuring point.The simulation analysis and experiments show that the discrete PD control algorithm can effectively suppress the multi frequency vibration induced by rotor unbalance-misalignment coupling fault.
